The Inbetweeners is returning for a third film at Netflix, marking the first new content from the beloved British comedy franchise in over a decade. Created by Damon Beesley and Iain Morris, the project has a completed script and is in active development discussions with Netflix. The original four leads—Simon Bird, Joe Thomas, James Buckley, and Blake Harrison—are reportedly attached to reprise their roles, with producers also seeking to bring back Emily Atack as Charlotte Hinchcliffe. The Netflix deal represents a multi-million-pound investment to bring the comedy to international audiences, sixteen years after the original E4 series ended.
