Serpent

Serpent is a psychological thriller adapted from Warren Adler's novel The Serpent's Bite, with Anna Camp attached to star and executive produce. Thomas Marchese will direct from a screenplay he co-wrote with Jessub Flower, reuniting the pair after their collaboration on From Black. The film follows an actress attempting to reconnect with her estranged father and brother during a remote trek through Wyoming's unforgiving wilderness. As the family bonding trip unfolds, years of resentment and unresolved conflicts surface, devolving into an increasingly tense and dangerous confrontation. Adler Entertainment Trust and K7 Storytellers are producing, with Michael Adler, Jonathan Adler, and Madeline Adler executive producing for the Trust, and Kelly Frazier producing for K7 Storytellers. The project is currently in development as the team assembles cast and crew for the independent thriller.
