Penthouse

Penthouse is an original thriller that Sony Pictures has pre-emptively acquired from writer Drew Pearce. The project is being developed as a starring vehicle for Tom Holland, who will also produce through his company Billy17 alongside Pearce's Point Of No Return banner. Pearce, whose credits include Iron Man 3, The Fall Guy, and Hobbs & Shaw, will write the screenplay. Holland and his Billy17 partners are playing an instrumental role in developing the story alongside Pearce. The producing team includes Tom Holland, Harry Holland, and Will South for Billy17, with Pearce producing and Ian Fisher executive producing for Point Of No Return. Plot details remain under wraps, though the film is described as a thriller. The project builds on the strong relationship between Sony and Holland, whose Billy17 production company has an existing deal with the studio.
