Project Summary
Sacrament is a thriller feature in early development at Apple Original Films, with Jonathan Levine attached to direct and Damson Idris set to produce and star. Written by Enzo Mileti and Scott Wilson, who previously worked with Idris on Snowfall, the film follows two former Chicago police officers working as contractors who pursue a fugitive to the isolated town of Sacrament, Utah. What starts as routine work quickly turns into a high-stakes confrontation. The project reunites Apple with Idris following the success of F1, and will be produced through Chernin Entertainment's first-look deal with Apple Studios. Peter Chernin and David Ready will produce for Chernin Entertainment, with Idris producing via Keep Quiet Productions and Levine alongside Gillian Bohrer through MegaMix.
