Project Summary
A Matter of Time is a feature film in development at Netflix, bringing together Ben Stiller, Nicholas Galitzine, and Bella Maclean for a supernatural romance with high-concept stakes. The project is a Sony Pictures production with Debra Hayward and Larry Mark attached as producers, part of the ongoing partnership that gives Netflix first-look rights to Sony's streaming features. Announced at Netflix's upfront presentation in May 2026, the film centers on an angel's mission to persuade a reclusive man to give up his life for humanity, leading to an unexpected romance. Michael Dreyer serves as executive producer. No production timeline or filming locations have been disclosed.
