Debra Hayward is a British film and television producer born in Liverpool in 1964, who spent over two decades at Working Title Films — rising from producer's assistant to President of UK Production — where she executive produced an extensive slate of acclaimed films including Bridget Jones's Diary, Love Actually, Pride & Prejudice, Atonement, and Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy. In 2011 she launched Monumental Pictures, which she co-founded with Alison Owen in 2014 to produce both film and television content; through Monumental she produced Les Misérables (earning an Academy Award nomination for Best Picture), Cats, Bridget Jones's Baby, Mary Queen of Scots, Back to Black, and the Netflix thriller The Woman in Cabin 10 (2025). Monumental Television, the TV arm of the company, is 51% owned by ITV Studios and has produced acclaimed series including Harlots (Hulu), Ghosts (BBC), and Anne with an E.
