Nuclear Children

Nuclear Children is a six-part comedy series adapted from Ezra England's award-winning debut play. Finite Films & TV is co-developing the series with Platform Presents, which co-produced the original stage production that won the 2021 Platform Presents Playwriting Prize and ran at the 2023 Edinburgh Fringe. The series follows Isla Sparrow as she navigates grief, family dynamics, and mental health challenges after being trapped in her peculiar small town. Ben McGrath leads for Finite Films & TV, with founder Amy Gardner also producing. The project is currently being shopped to broadcasters and streamers at the Edinburgh Television Festival, where industry executives gather each August. Ezra England, who also has acting credits including Star Wars: Andor and Extraordinary, serves as writer.
