The Emperor's Stone

The Emperor's Stone is a six-episode family adventure series that has begun principal photography in Italy and France. The production follows a former treasure hunter who discovers his piratical ancestor's diary, leading his family on a high-stakes international quest to find the mythical Emperor's Stone before it falls into dangerous hands. The series stars Colin Morgan, Antonia Desplat, and Luke Treadaway, with a supporting cast including Tomer Sisley, Rafael Griso, Rocío Luz, and Gabrielle Scharnitzky. Alice Troughton directs, with Benjamin Anderson serving as showrunner. The project is produced by Nolita, Aircraft Pictures, and Legend Factory in association with CBS Studios and Film Afrika, with co-production from Beside Productions and Viola Films. Shooting locations include Rome, Sicily, and Saint-Malo in northwestern France, with production running from late March through June 2026. The series will air on France Télévisions, ZDF in Germany, and Rai in Italy, with international distribution by Paramount Global Content Distribution.
