Paramount Global Content Distribution (PGCD) is the international television syndication and distribution division of Paramount Skydance Corporation (formerly Paramount Global), originally established in 1962 as the international arm of Desilu Productions. The division is the leading global licensor of premium scripted and unscripted series, films, and production formats, operating across linear networks, streaming platforms, pay TV, free-to-air broadcasters, and digital services in over 200 territories. Its portfolio draws from one of the industry's largest distributed libraries — encompassing more than 70,000 hours of programming — including content from CBS Studios, Paramount Television Studios, Paramount Pictures, Showtime, Nickelodeon, MTV Entertainment Studios, and Miramax.
