Paramount Global Content Distribution (PGCD) is the international television distribution and licensing division of Paramount Skydance Corporation, originally established in 1962 as the international arm of Desilu Productions. The division is the leading global licensor of premium scripted and unscripted series, films, and production formats, operating across linear networks, streaming platforms, pay TV, free-to-air broadcasters, and digital services in over 200 territories. Its portfolio encompasses more than 70,000 hours of programming drawn from CBS Studios, Paramount Television Studios, Paramount Pictures, Showtime, Nickelodeon, MTV Entertainment Studios, Miramax, and third-party partners, with iconic franchises including CSI, NCIS, Star Trek, SpongeBob SquarePants, Yellowstone, Survivor, and Big Brother. Following a February 2026 reorganization, PGCD now integrates Global Content Licensing, Global Transactional, and International Media Networks under unified leadership.
