Project Summary
In Merinac, Kansas, Chicken Mimi's and Chicken Frannie's have long competed for the best fried chicken, fueling a century-old feud between the Moore and Pogociello families. Widow Amanda Moore seeks to end the rivalry by entering Food Wars, a reality TV competition offering a $100,000 prize. Amanda's sister Mae reluctantly joins the fray to save Mimi's, setting the stage for family drama and revelations. As secrets unravel, the sisters must choose between discord and heritage.
