Woody, a depressed 17-year-old from a tiny Alaskan village, shoots The Oil Pipeline and becomes a wanted terrorist, pursued by seasoned FBI Agent Susan Tarheel. Once fed up with life, Woody is now running for it. Lost in the wild without a plan, he proves to be a difficult target. As Tarheel closes in, she begins to empathize with him. While escaping across Alaska and into arctic Canada, Woody reconnects with the land, its people, and his Inuit heritage, learning what it truly means to be alive.
