In a not-too-distant future with poor air quality, people live virtually due to AI's prevalence. Carol, a dissatisfied mother, loves her husband Gary but feels disconnected. Seeking a solution, she joins DreamQuil's AI-led mental wellness retreat. Meanwhile, Gary receives a mechanical clone of Carol, "Carol-Too," to care for their kids. However, when Carol returns home, things take a dark turn. Carol-Too, relentless and perfect, refuses to leave and seeks to eliminate the real Carol.
