AMC Studios

AMC Studios is the in-house studio, production, and distribution operation for AMC Global Media Inc. (formerly AMC Networks), the parent company behind cable networks AMC, BBC America, IFC, and SundanceTV, and streaming services AMC+, Shudder, Acorn TV, ALLBLK, HIDIVE, and Sundance Now. The studio is responsible for acclaimed original franchises including The Walking Dead Universe and the Anne Rice Immortal Universe, and also produces content for third-party platforms such as Apple TV+. Since its debut series The Walking Dead — the highest-rated series in cable history — AMC Studios has grown into a full-service studio operating across domestic and international markets, producing approximately 1,000 hours of original content annually.
