Project Summary
You're Killing Me returns for a six-episode second season on Acorn TV, continuing the murder mystery series that made history as the platform's biggest launch ever. Created by Robin Bernheim and starring Brooke Shields as bestselling novelist Allie Chandler, alongside Amalia Williamson and Tom Cavanagh, the series will once again be set in the fictional Maine town of Founder's Cove. Season two enters pre-production later in 2026, with the show produced as a co-production between Toronto-based Shaftesbury and Nova Scotia-based Topsail Entertainment. Season one was filmed in Halifax, Nova Scotia from September through November 2025, and the second season is expected to return to the same Canadian location doubling for coastal Maine. Executive producers include Bernheim, Shields, Christina Jennings and Scott Garvie for Shaftesbury, Michael Volpe for Topsail, and Dan March for Dynamic Television.
