Project Summary
Happy Jack is a half-hour multi-camera comedy series heading into production for AMC and AMC+. Charlie Sheen stars as Jack Chambers, a lifelong ne'er-do-well with two adult daughters—Kate, who runs his company and keeps him on track, and Sam, a wild child more like her father. Martin Sheen plays his father, who had a major hand in raising the girls. The series is written and showrun by Jim Patterson and Matt Ross, the team behind Two and a Half Men and The Ranch, with production from AMC Studios, The Tannenbaum Company, and 20th Television. The six-episode first season will shoot in front of a live studio audience at Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank—on the same soundstage where Friends was filmed—beginning early 2027 for a late 2027 premiere on AMC and AMC+.
