Project Summary
In a ruined future, a community lives underground in a giant silo. They follow strict regulations for protection. Sheriff Holston breaks the ultimate taboo by asking to go outside. This sets off a chain of events. Juliette, a mechanic with no legal training, becomes the new sheriff. She discovers the true extent of the silo's dysfunction and the impending uprising that was always hinted at but never acknowledged.
