3 Arts Entertainment is a premier talent management and film/television production company founded in 1991 and headquartered in Beverly Hills, with offices in New York and Atlanta. The company represents an A-list roster of writers, directors, actors, and comedians — including Kevin Hart, Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Mike Judge, and Rob McElhenney — and has produced landmark television series such as The Office, Parks and Recreation, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and feature films including The Matrix, Edge of Tomorrow, and 13 Hours. In May 2018, Lionsgate acquired a majority stake (expanded further in January 2024), and in 2025 the company significantly diversified by acquiring sports management firm A&A Management and news talent agency OManagement, expanding into sports, news, and media personality representation.
