Set in the freezing winter of 1958 in Monroe, Connecticut, silence is the ultimate warning. Unhallowed is a descent into the claustrophobic reality of a family trapped within the architecture of their own history. The stage features a detailed two-story house built in the 1920s — a hyper-realistic slice of New England gothic that functions as a living trap. Inspired by the dark, true-life investigative legacy of the Warrens and the unsettling precision of Film Noir, the production utilizes a dual-level stage to execute simultaneous layers of reality. While grounded, high-stakes dialogue unfolds on the first floor, a parallel paranormal world manifests on the second. Shadows stretch, objects move, and the presence in the house is reinforced by true, realistic paranormal artifacts.
