About

The Hudson Theatre is a historic Broadway venue located at 141 West 44th Street in Midtown Manhattan's Theater District, originally opened on October 19, 1903, making it one of the oldest surviving Broadway houses with 970 seats across three levels. Owned by Millennium & Copthorne Hotels and operated by ATG Entertainment (formerly Ambassador Theatre Group), the venue features celebrated Beaux-Arts Classical interior décor including original Tiffany glass domes, mosaic tiles, and a grand 100-foot lobby. Designated a New York City landmark in 1987 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2016, the theatre was extensively renovated and reopened as Broadway's 41st official house in February 2017. Recent productions have included Sunday in the Park with George, 1984, David Byrne's American Utopia, and Every Brilliant Thing.
