The White Week
Project Summary
The White Week (Bela sedmica) has wrapped principal photography in Serbia and is now entering post-production. Directed by Bojan Vuletić, this psychological drama is the filmmaker's third feature and explores the nature of truth through the story of two brothers—when 12-year-old Jovan drowns trying to save a dog, his frightened younger brother Đorđe tells their parents that Jovan was kidnapped by strangers. The film is an official co-production among Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, and Montenegro, led by production companies Filmska kuća Baš Čelik, Propeler, Vertigo, and Artikulacija. Vuletić co-wrote the script with Nađa Petrović. The cast includes Gavrilo Pejović, Goran Bogdan, Marija Pikić, Viktor Radišić, and Valentina Manojlović. Shooting took place in villages near Belgrade from May through early July 2026, with post-production now underway.
