Vertigo Films

Vertigo Films is a British independent TV and film production company founded in 2002 by Allan Niblo and James Richardson, with CEO Jane Moore joining as a partner shortly thereafter. The company has produced and distributed over 50 feature films — including critical hits Monsters, Bronson, StreetDance 3D, and The Sweeney — as well as 100+ hours of high-end television such as Britannia and Bulletproof for Sky, Mammals for Amazon, and Curfew for Paramount+. Known for championing new talent (Tom Hardy, Gareth Edwards, Nicolas Winding Refn, Vanessa Kirby), Vertigo was co-founded in building the Vertigo Releasing distribution arm and Protagonist Pictures international sales company. In September 2022, Paris-based Federation Studios acquired a majority stake in the company.
