The Hill

In spite of his physical handicap, Rickey Hill dreams of playing Major League Baseball. Ricky’s father, Pastor Hill, an instinctively protective man, doesn't want his son to go out into the world to pursue his dream, fearing that he'll get ridiculed for his disability. Ultimately, Pastor Hill's tough exterior is broken as Ricky grows up and proves his natural ability to play Major League Baseball.
