Project Summary

MasterChef Asia is returning after a 10-year hiatus under a newly closed deal between Banijay Rights, Warner Bros. Discovery, and CreAsia Studio. The 10-episode series will film in Macao, bringing back 10 former MasterChef contestants from across Asia rather than casting fresh faces. Production is being handled by CreAsia Studio, part of Endemol Shine India, with the Macao Government Tourism Office as a production partner. The series will broadcast across TLC, Discovery, and the Asian Food Network in India, Southeast Asia, Greater China, and Korea, on Lala TV in Japan, and on the Fatafeat channel in the Middle East. While the deal has been finalized, specific production dates have not yet been announced.
