Discovery, Inc., Nasdaq: WBD) is a leading global media and entertainment conglomerate formed on April 8, 2022 through the merger of AT&T's WarnerMedia and Discovery, Inc. The company owns and operates an extensive portfolio of television networks, streaming platforms, film studios, and digital properties including Discovery Channel, HBO, HBO Max, CNN, HGTV, Food Network, TLC, TNT, TBS, DC Entertainment, Warner Bros. Motion Picture Group, and Warner Bros. Television Group. Available in more than 220 countries and territories and 50 languages, WBD is one of the world's largest media companies with revenues exceeding $37 billion. As of April 2026, the company has agreed to be acquired by Paramount Skydance, pending U.S. federal regulatory approval.
