Accomplished and beloved Dr. Hillary Spenser is known as "the Angel of the East Wing" for the way she treats her patients. One patient in particular, Gregory Lipton, mistakes her compassion for adoration and becomes obsessed, willing to do whatever it takes to fulfill his misguided vision of their future together.
