Warrior Cats

Warrior Cats is in production as an animated series for Disney+ and Disney Channel, with a 2028 premiere planned. The project adapts the first arc of Erin Hunter's bestselling fantasy novels about wild cat clans. A. C. Bradley, known for Marvel's What If? and Ms. Marvel, serves as showrunner, with Emmy-winning director Rodrigo Blaas helming the project. Original Force is the lead animation studio on behalf of Tencent Video, with collaboration from El Guiri Studios in Madrid. Coolabi Group, which created the Warrior Cats franchise through its Working Partners division, is producing alongside Tencent Video. The series will also air on Tencent Video platforms across China and Southeast Asia. The 90-million-copy book franchise has remained a New York Times bestseller for two decades.
