Project Summary
Prison Break: Black Creek is now in production for Hulu, marking the franchise's return with an all-new cast of characters set within the original series universe. Elgin James, creator and showrunner of Mayans M. C. , serves as writer, showrunner, and executive producer, with original Prison Break creator Paul Scheuring and executive producers Dawn Olmstead, Marty Adelstein, and Neal Moritz all returning. The series stars Emily Browning as Cassidy Collins, an ex-soldier turned corrections officer, alongside Drake Rodger, Lukas Gage, Clayton Cardenas, JR Bourne, Georgie Flores, and Myles Bullock. Production companies include 20th Television, Original Film, and Adelstein Productions. The pilot was filmed in West Virginia in June 2025, with series production now shooting on stages at Radford Studio Center in Los Angeles under a $18. 9 million California tax credit. The series will stream on Hulu in the United States and Disney+ internationally.
