Phony Pilot

Set in Northern Vermont, "Phony" is a comedic coming-of-age mystery about Sonny, a teenager who wakes up after a car accident convinced his mom, Ellen—his only parent and best friend—has been replaced by an impostor. No one else sees the change, leaving Sonny to uncover the truth alone. Ellen, played by Britton, is also the principal of Sonny's high school.
