Mystic Pizza is a non-union national tour stage musical adaptation based on the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer motion picture, with story and characters by Amy Holden Jones. The stage adaptation was written by Sandy Rustin, featuring music by various 80s and 90s artists. Rehearsals are scheduled in New York City in early September 2026, with tech dates in mid-September 2026. Performances begin September 29, 2026, with a closing date of early April 2027.
