Project Summary
Drink Up! / Do dna! is currently in production as an eight-episode miniseries for Radio and Television of Slovakia. Directors Lukáš Hanulák and Matúš Krajňák are helming the psychological drama, which explores the experience of addiction treatment through the story of Boris, a charismatic but self-centered journalist grappling with alcoholism. Screenwriter Richard Pupala prepared by spending time undercover in a rehabilitation facility to capture authentic details. The production is a collaboration between Copper Media and Radio and Television of Slovakia, with support from the Slovak Audiovisual Fund. Lead actor Tomáš Vravník heads a cast that includes Hana Gregorová, Zuzana Fialová, and Dávid Krajčík. The miniseries is scheduled to premiere on Slovak Television in 2027.
