Project Summary
Don't Breathe 3 is in development, marking the return of the home-invasion horror franchise that debuted in 2016. Writer-director Fede Álvarez confirmed the project during a tenth-anniversary screening of the original film at Beyond Fest in Santa Monica, revealing that he has written the screenplay. Jane Levy will return as Rocky, reprising her role from the first film, while Stephen Lang is back as Norman Nordstrom, the Blind Man. This marks Levy's first appearance in the franchise since the 2016 original, as she did not participate in the 2021 sequel. The project reunites key creative talent from the franchise's earlier installments, including Álvarez and co-writer Rodo Sayagues. The previous films were produced through Ghost House Pictures, Screen Gems, and Stage 6 Films for Sony Pictures Releasing. No director, production timeline, or shoot dates have been announced.
