Project Summary
(Un)wanted is a one-act play centered on how trauma is represented through three generations of women, each having their own specific experiences and yet passing that trauma down to their child with no guidance on how to work through the pain. The inaugural production of the Everyman Theatre Company, based in Los Angeles, this piece explores what it means to address and process familial trauma so it is not passed down to the next generation. Directed by award-winning KC Schomas. Rehearsals begin October 1, 2026, with performances starting November 7, 2026, at The Stray Theatre in East Hollywood.
