NAAP's Rediscover Series explores classic American musicals with professional artists of Asian descent, proving that great works of theater speak to all communities. NAAP's Rediscover Series has previously featured concert and staged productions of Carousel, Hello, Dolly!, How to Succeed, Into the Woods, Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella, and more. Proceeds from this concert will benefit NAAP's non-profit programs throughout the year. All characters in NAAP's concert production of The Music Man identify as AANHPI (Asian American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander). Two performances will take place, one on October 18, 2026 and one on October 19, 2026. Rehearsals begin October 5, 2026, with the production opening October 18, 2026 and closing October 19, 2026 at The Ailey Citigroup Theater in New York, NY.
