Project Summary

The Jam Van is a character-driven ensemble dramedy with the restless energy of a road movie and the intimacy of a chamber piece. The humor comes from sharp banter, clashing personalities and the absurdity of being trapped in close quarters with people who know exactly how to push one another's buttons. Beneath the comedy is genuine emotional weight, as old resentments, complicated relationships and long-held secrets rise to the surface. The film is messy, funny, tender and ultimately hopeful. Filming August 24 – September 5, 2026 in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
