Project Summary
City Attorney and rising mayoral candidate Alex Carson — publicly the devoted husband of hospital exec Lori and a grieving father running on a "he gets it" platform — is secretly conducting an affair with young waitress Hannah Washington under the alias "Roger." When their romantic getaway ends in a cliffside car crash, Alex abandons the trapped and injured Hannah to protect his campaign, faking ignorance as she's declared missing and the story dominates local news. But Hannah survives, and when Lori's suspicions lead her to the crash site herself, the two women — one betrayed, one hunted — join forces with a vengeful detective to stage an elaborate, escalating con that unravels Alex's campaign, his marriage, and finally his freedom, in a darkly comic thriller about ambition, betrayal, and the women left to clean up after it. Filming September 25 through October 9, 2026 in Atlanta, GA.
