The Deb

Taylah Simpkins is a farm-girl and outcast in high school. She believes that the upcoming Debutante Ball, called 'the Deb,' is her opportunity to transform her identity. However, when her cousin Maeve, who is from the city and holds a cynical view of the ball as a traditional and narrow-minded event, arrives in town, she disrupts the established norms. Together, Taylah and Maeve embark on a journey to discover self-acceptance and find a date for the Deb, all while challenging societal expectations.
