Peaky Blinders (Sequel Series)

The Peaky Blinders sequel series is currently in production, bringing Steven Knight's crime saga forward to 1953 Birmingham. Charlie Heaton plays Charles Shelby, Tommy Shelby's younger son, opposite Jamie Bell as Duke, Tommy's older son. Set a decade after World War II, the story follows the new generation of Shelbys in a city rebuilding from the devastation of the Blitz. The cast also includes Jessica Brown Findlay, Lashana Lynch, Lucy Karczewski, and Conleth Hill. Mike Barker and Anna Zackrisson are directing, with Tim Whitby producing. The series is a Kudos and Garrison Drama production for Netflix globally and BBC One in the UK. Two six-episode seasons have been ordered, filming in and around Digbeth Loc.
