Paracusis

Paracusis is an independent psychological thriller set almost entirely inside an isolated Victorian house. The story follows Chloe, a young woman suffering from sudden hearing loss after a car accident, who seeks refuge in a remote home, only to discover its quiet owner is hiding terrifying secrets. This is a contained thriller with strong psychological tension and strong emotional performances. Festival submission is planned following completion. Filming October 4 – November 22, 2026 in Riverside and Los Angeles, California.
