Hot or Cold

Hot or Cold is a six-episode comedy entertainment series coming to Netflix, fronted by Bob Mortimer and Richard Ayoade. The show reunites the Last One Laughing UK finalists in a new format where teams of comedians and celebrities work through a labyrinth of rooms containing challenges they must complete against the clock—without ever being told what the challenge is or how to solve it. Their only guide is the room itself, which glows red when they move closer to the solution and blue when they drift further away. The series is produced by Zeppotron, a Banijay UK company known for Would I Lie to You? and Last One Laughing UK, with Chris Cohen serving as executive producer. Netflix announced the project at their first UK Upfronts industry event in September 2026, describing it as coming soon but has not yet set a release date.
