Hada marks Tony Morales' debut feature after a decade building his reputation through award-winning horror shorts. The supernatural thriller is currently shooting between Madrid and Gran Canaria, expanding on Morales' 2015 short film of the same name which garnered over 260 festival selections. Mexican actress Esmeralda Pimentel leads as Abril, a social worker who must face the dark legend of the Tooth Fairy to protect an orphaned boy, played by Liam Segu. The production brings together Eterno Island Pictures, Rock & Ruz (known for Netflix titles Nowhere and El Practicante), and Los Angeles-based A Bigger Boat, the company behind the Saw franchise. Morales wrote the screenplay with Fer Zaragoza. International sales are being handled by UK-based Architect.
