The next installment of the serial killer anthology centers on Richard Ramirez, the “Night Stalker,” who terrorized Southern California from 1984 to 1985. A killer, rapist, and burglar, Ramirez’s unpredictable attacks left at least 15 dead before his capture in 1985. He was convicted on 43 counts and died on death row in 2013.
