Code Zero

Code Zero is a six-part police thriller currently in production for ITV. Created and written by James Hall—known for his work on Death in Paradise—the series marks his first original drama for television. The show stars Faye Marsay as Police Sergeant Laura Collier, a pragmatic and no-nonsense officer who takes new recruit Cal Walters under her wing on his first day. Their shift spirals into a fast-paced investigation when they're ensnared in an intricately crafted bank heist with consequences that begin to reshape Laura's life. The title refers to the most urgent call an officer can make when in immediate danger. Two Brothers Pictures produces in association with All3Media International, with support from Creative Wales. Ashley Way directs the first three episodes and serves as executive producer, while Claire Winyard directs episodes four through six. Production is currently filming in Cardiff and South Wales, with a 2027 premiere expected on ITV.
