A disillusioned auteur filmmaker travels upstate to reconnect with his artistic roots, only to stumble into a trap created by an ethereal cultist who promises her systematic tortures will transform him into a God. But as the blood begins to spill, they forge a twisted bond that transcends pain itself, leading them both towards a sublime and gruesome reckoning.
