Adapting

Seventeen-year-old Lennon, living with cerebral palsy and newly diagnosed with heart disease, struggles to adjust at a new high school after her mother’s death. When a clash forces her into the local Disabled-Support-Alliance, she discovers unlikely camaraderie and a path toward self-acceptance.
