Gaynor Holmes is a senior BBC drama executive based in Glasgow, currently serving as Executive Producer and Commissioning Editor for Drama, Scotland. In 2016 she was appointed as the BBC's first-ever drama commissioning editor for Scotland. She has executive produced a wide slate of acclaimed BBC dramas including Vigil, Shetland, Nightsleeper, Half Man (HBO/BBC co-production), Counsels, and Sutherland, championing Scottish-set and Scottish-originated storytelling at the highest levels of British television.
