Your Time Starts Now

Your Time Starts Now is an eight-episode game show commissioned by Channel 4 following a successful pilot. Devised and hosted by Alex Horne, creator of Taskmaster, the series brings the task-based format into British homes, with five households competing in each episode without leaving their living rooms. Andy Devonshire, who also directs Taskmaster, serves as series director and executive producer. The show is produced by Avalon, with an executive team including Jon Thoday, Richard Allen-Turner, and James Taylor. Each hour-long episode features tasks requiring creativity, lateral thinking, speed, general knowledge, and teamwork, with cash prizes at stake. The format builds on earlier at-home experiments The Button and HomeTasking, both also created by Horne. Tom Beck commissioned the series for Channel 4 as Head of Live Events.
