The Understudy

Actress Ava Baxter is determined to reestablish her place in the theatre world as she rehearses for her next lead role. Ava tries her best to remain focused when her understudy suffers an accident and needs to be replaced last-minute, but can't help shake the strange feeling that her new understudy, Sage, has ulterior motives. When Ava awakes in a strange room far beneath the theater and discovers Sage has kidnapped her in order to replace her as the lead, Ava realizes she'll need to play a dangerous game with an unstable woman until she has a chance to escape.
