The Man Who Walks

The Man Who Walks is an English-language feature film reuniting writer-director Pan Nalin with producer Ohno Atsuko of Hassaku Labs. The project marks their second collaboration following Valley of Flowers. The film centers on an immortal man who has walked the earth for 3. 3 million years and falls into a romance with a Japanese scholar researching ancient texts about death. Production is planned for Tokyo and multiple locations across Japan. The screenplay was written by Nalin and developed through his Monsoon Films production company in consultation with Los Angeles-based writer Tinker Lindsay. The project is currently in casting and seeking co-production partners at the Cannes Film Market, with Nalin represented by the Gotham Group.
