Newlyweds Joe and Maria Lambert leave city life for a fresh start on a remote farmhouse. They take in tenants—an artistic young woman and her ex-Marine partner—but when she dies in a suspicious fall and he vanishes, Maria’s dream unravels. As evidence surfaces linking Joe to the dead woman, suspicion and fear spiral into a deadly confrontation where Maria must ask: did she marry a murderer?
