Strike Force
Project Summary
Strike Force is a crime drama in development at CBS for the 2027-28 broadcast season. The project reunites Chicago P. D. alums Jesse Lee Soffer and Matt Olmstead, who previously collaborated on NBC's Chicago P. D. and CBS's FBI: International. Olmstead writes and executive produces alongside Soffer, who is attached to star as the DEA agent protagonist. Jerry Bruckheimer and KristieAnne Reed executive produce for Jerry Bruckheimer Television, with CBS Studios producing. The network opened a development room for the project in August 2026, taking the same development path it used for other 2027-28 prospects. The series is set in Kansas City and centers on a multi-agency task force combating organized crime in Middle America.
